Remote Call Center Agent – Germany We are looking for reliable, friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Agents, supporting customers in Germany. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while providing professional customer service and telephone support to customers across the German market. Working Hours Monday – Friday 09:00 – 15:00 (UK time) 10:00 – 16:00 (German time) No night shifts. Responsibilities Communicating with customers by telephone. Providing information and professional customer support. Handling customer enquiries and requests. Scheduling and managing customer appointments where required. Maintaining a friendly, professional and helpful approach. Recording and updating customer information in the company's internal systems. Following company procedures and maintaining high service standards. Requirements Fluent German language skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A reliable laptop or computer with a stable internet connection. Headset with microphone suitable for professional calls. Good organisational skills. Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude. Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage, but full training may be provided.
