Multimodal Operations Co-Ordinator

Role Overview We are looking for a Multimodal Operations Co-Ordinator to manage international air and ocean freight shipments, covering both import and export operations. You'll deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality freight solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage international air and ocean import and export shipments. Arrange freight collections, deliveries, and transportation. Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, truckers, and suppliers. Prepare, review, and process import and export documentation. Ensure compliance with industry, customs, and government regulations. Maintain accurate shipment information and updates in the system. Process shipment billing and invoicing. Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters when necessary. Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Participate in virtual client and team meetings as required. Perform other duties relevant to the role.
