Das grundständige Studienfach Chemie vermittelt grundlegende wissenschaftliche und praktische Kenntnisse in chemischen Teildisziplinen wie Anorganische, Organische, Physikalische oder Technische Chemie sowie in Mathematik und Physik. Es führt zu einem ersten Hochschulabschluss.
Das Studienfach kann teilweise mit anderen Fächern kombiniert werden.
Chemie gibt es auch als dualen Studiengang oder Lehramtsstudiengang.
